Every profile follows the same path — replace each image below with real footage from your production day shoot.
Shop drawings, cutting lists and CNC programs are produced meters from the machines that execute them. Engineers walk the floor daily.
Profile machining, notching, drilling and custom pattern cutting to fraction-of-a-millimetre tolerance — the station where precision is physically made.
Frames are crimped, sealed, gasketed and glazed on dedicated benches. Each unit carries a traveler card recording who built it and when.
Finishes are applied by certified coating partners to our exact specification — every incoming batch passes film-thickness, adhesion and color checks before it enters assembly.
Dimensional checks, hardware cycling, water tests and finish inspection. A unit that fails does not ship — it is rebuilt.
Protected storage, sequenced loading and site-matched delivery — units arrive in installation order, not in a pile.
